Return Policy

We only accept return request for goods purchased on our website.

For incorrect or defective items shipped: please contact us ASAP via email/phone and include photo evidence of said product, quote order no/ delivery no.

We have 7 days return policy upon receipt of sales order by Alpha Progress S/B subject to the following terms and conditions:

a)  Items must be in their original purchases condition, including the original product packaging, proof of purchase and all accessories.

b)   All packaging must be unmarked and not defected in any manner. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.

c)   Item purchased as part of a set or multi-item packs have to be returned as a whole set. If the order was received with: a gift with purchase, bonus item, bundles, sets, it must be returned together with the return order.

d)   All returns will be reviewed first by Alpha Progress S/B and we have the right to perform remedies.

Please ensure items are properly packaged when making a return. We do not guarantee returned items will be refunded.

To return a product you must email related supporting details to: online@alphaprogress.com.my.
We will strive to contact you within 3-5 business day with a return authorisation and further instructions on how to return your goods.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item(s) are inspected and confirmed, the amount will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 30 days of receipt by us of the original product, however this may take longer depending on your item and the number of returns in our system.

If you change your mind after the purchase, please contact us before the order processed. Once the order is processed/delivered, items can be exchange for product of equivalent. Additional return shipping costs will be bear by buyer.
