You can place an order without registering an account as a guest check out only.
You’re recommended to register an account before your purchase as it eases your future trace of your order, retain your cart items & wishlist your favourite items.
You may click on the Account icon and sign up.
Go to contact us page leave down your email & message or email to online@alphaprogress.com.my
Step 1: Search products and selecting colour and packing size.
Step 2: Add selected product into shopping cart.
Step 3: Proceed to check out and complete your payment by selecting the preferred payment method.
We support Master, Visa Credit, Debit Card, Online Banking (FPX), selected E-wallet payment methods & direct bank-in. No support for cash on delivery and partial payment.

Your order will be ready within 2-3 working days, once the order is ready we will notify you via email.
For West Malaysia, delivery time will be 2 to 5 working days after the order is processed. For East Malaysia, delivery time will be 7 to 10 working days after the order is processed.
Go to “Account” & “My Orders”, Status will be shown in your Order Detail. For delivery, once the order is “Processed” we will notify tracking no. in your email.
All customer can fill in the promo code during checkout at “promo code field”
