Delivery & Shipment Policy

"Products" means the products made available for sales on the website including add on parts and/or spare parts.

Delivery Lead Time:

It may take up to 3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping

For West Malaysia, delivery time will be 2 to 5 working days after the order is proceeded For East Malaysia, delivery time will be 7 to 10 working days after the order is proceeded

For order done after 3 pm, processing day will start on the next working day. Order can be tracked by using your tracking no via online serviced

Order(s) are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm, excluding national holidays.

All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.

Shipping charges:

At check out, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Your shipping charges will be calculated automatically before payment.

If the products is out of stock, please click the [quote me] button and our company will connect with the buyer and inform the lead time.

If you are unable to receive the products at the time of delivery, please contact us, we always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delay in delivery and is beyond our control.
